Elk Mt. has hosted Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and hundreds of other organizations for many years.
They provide trail rides along the Potomac, near Harpers Ferry. A wonderful outing for a the entire family or a romantic date. Riding Packages .

The horses were dressed up for Halloween. Hay rides and picnics were enjoyed by all.
